NO REFUND POLICY

At Capture Emotions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, all payments made are non-refundable.

No Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes to the project after the work has commenced.

Project Postponement: If a client needs to postpone a project, we allow for a one-time rescheduling (based on availability) at no additional cost. Postponements must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot.

Service Cancellation: If Capture Emotions cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the client the option to reschedule or refund the payment.

Deposit Forfeiture: Any advance or deposit paid for securing dates is non-refundable if the client cancels the shoot after confirmation.

Changes to Services: After the first round of editing, clients are eligible for two free rounds of revisions. Beyond this, any additional revisions will be subject to extra charges, and no refunds will be provided if the client is unsatisfied after the free revisions.
