Bookings and Confirmations: All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% advance payment. The remaining payment is due upon completion of the project or prior to the final delivery of work.
Usage of Photos and Videos: Capture Emotions reserves the right to use any photographs or videos captured during the event or project for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide clear guidelines, briefs, and necessary resources (location, props, etc.) for the shoot. Any delays or disruptions caused by clients or their agents may incur additional charges.
Delivery of Services: Depending on the type of project, the estimated delivery times for edited photos and videos will be communicated in writing before the shoot. Standard delivery for photos is 15-20 business days, and for videos, 30 business days after the event.
Revisions and Edits: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions on their edited content. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
Data Retention: Capture Emotions will retain all original and edited files for a period of 6 months from the date of the final delivery. After this period, files may be deleted unless specified in the contract.
Liability: Capture Emotions will not be liable for any loss or damage to photographs or videos once they have been delivered to the client. The client assumes full responsibility for safekeeping the files after delivery.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other incidents beyond our control, Capture Emotions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without liability.
